Talk Sporty To Me has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website: Talk Sporty To Me. Your IP address is used to gather broad demographic information to assist us in measuring the effectiveness of our search engine placement and marketing methods.

Confidentiality

We DO NOT sell or rent our customer lists or e-mail addresses to other companies. Our e-mail list is maintained by a professional third party company, KickStart Cart, a certified secure company that ensures your privacy. Each time you purchase a product, subscribe to our newsletter or sign up for any of our free or informational reports or services, your information is added to our main database.  Several times each month, we communicate with all individuals on our main database.  We understand that you are busy and promise to communicate only when we have meaningful and important information to share with you.  ALL of our emails have a link at the bottom where you can unsubscribe at anytime.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Our credit card transaction processing is performed from behind multiple firewalls for our site as well as our customers. No credit card information is stored on the server used for our web sites.

Cancellation at least 48 hours prior to scheduled engagement:

  • 1/2 Refund
  • You may reschedule

  • No Refund

  • Talk Sporty To Me Merchandise

Returned in good condition for any reason:

  • Full refund will be applied to the credit card used to purchase the item.

 

For the What Do I Say? Membership Program

  • 32 Week program available only to members.

When pre-paid in full:

  • Program will be sold at discount price of $174.97 ($24.97 savings)
  • No refunds will be issued of any kind
  • Not combinable with any other offer.

When purchased with monthly recurring payments:

  • Members will be billed for program with 8 monthly automatically recurring payments of $24.97.
  • You may cancel at any time.
  • Cancellations made after the 1st of the month will result in stop payment for the following month.
